SCR experimental desulfurization and denitrification fixed bed

he SCR desulfurization and denitrification fixed bed device is an efficient and energy-saving flue gas treatment equipment that uses fixed bed reactor technology to remove sulfur oxides (SOₓ) and nitrogen oxides (NOₓ) in industrial flue gas through the selective catalytic reduction (SCR) process. The device can effectively reduce the emission of atmospheric pollutants and meet strict environmental protection standards. It also has the advantages of compact structure, stable operation and easy maintenance.

The SCR desulfurization and denitrification fixed bed device is an efficient and energy-saving flue gas treatment equipment that uses fixed bed reactor technology to remove sulfur oxides (SOₓ) and nitrogen oxides (NOₓ) in industrial flue gas through the selective catalytic reduction (SCR) process. The device can effectively reduce the emission of atmospheric pollutants and meet strict environmental protection standards. It also has the advantages of compact structure, stable operation and easy maintenance.

Working Principle

The SCR desulfurization and denitrification fixed bed device is mainly based on the following two core processes:

Selective catalytic reduction (SCR) denitrification
In the fixed bed reactor, a bed pre-loaded with a highly active catalyst (such as titanium-based, vanadium-titanium-based or copper-based catalyst) fully contacts the flue gas containing NOₓ with a reducing agent (usually ammonia water or urea aqueous solution). Under suitable temperature (generally 300~400℃) and pressure conditions, NOₓ reacts with ammonia under the action of the catalyst to produce harmless nitrogen (N₂) and water (H₂O).

Catalytic adsorption/oxidation desulfurization
The adsorption desulfurization function can also be integrated in the fixed bed structure, and the SO₂ in the flue gas is converted into sulfate or sulfide through selective adsorption and oxidation reaction to achieve the removal of SOₓ.

The entire SCR desulfurization and denitrification fixed bed system is reasonably designed, and the flue gas flows in the fixed bed and is evenly distributed, ensuring that the flue gas is fully in contact with the catalyst and adsorption material to achieve efficient treatment effects.

Product Features and Advantages

High-efficiency dual purification
The SCR desulfurization and denitrification fixed bed device can remove NOₓ and SOₓ at the same time, with obvious dual treatment effect, meeting strict environmental emission standards.

Fixed bed structure design
The fixed bed reactor is used, which has a simple structure, compact equipment, convenient operation and maintenance, and is convenient for online monitoring and automatic control.

Synergy between catalyst and adsorbent
The combination of high-performance catalyst and adsorbent material is used to improve the reaction rate and removal efficiency, extend the catalyst life, and reduce operating costs.

Energy saving and environmental protection
The optimized thermal management system and reactor design reduce energy consumption, reduce secondary pollution, and achieve a win-win situation for economy and environmental protection.
